Junior, Adult & Senior Divisions will be available for competitors:
● Junior Division: ages 12-17
● Adult Division: ages 18-59
● Senior Division: ages 60+
The Triathlon will measure the distance traveled for each competitor within a 1-HR time span:
● 10 min of lap swims in our 25-yard indoor pool.
● 30 min of cycling on our stationary bikes.
● 20 min of running on our treadmills.
The participant to travel the furthest distance within the fixed time periods will receive the most points. Each athlete will receive a score based on distances completed in each section, plus an overall score for the ranking. Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to both males and females for each of the 3 divisions for a total of 18 medals.
