Around 1,100 people where involved in a study to help see if looking at images of food help curb appetite. The research for this study was conducted in Denmark to see the different ways that looking at food effects our cravings.
The study found that the quantity of food and the color of the food has a huge result on whether the person becomes hungry or not.
“You will receive a physiological response to something you have only thought about. That’s why we can feel fully satisfied without eating anything,” the head of the study said.
