Fans of Lady Gaga have been waiting years for her newest album, and while they may still have to wait some more, there appears to be good news about the project coming sooner rather than later as she recently revealed that one of her co-stars has already listened to the "whole" album.
The "Bad Romance" singer and her Joker: Folie ร Deux co-star Joaquin Phoenix sat down with Good Morning Britain on Thursday (October 3) where she was asked about her next album, currently referred to as LG7, and how fans are "champing at the bit" to hear it, per People. That's when Gaga dropped the bomb that Phoenix has already heard the "whole" project.
"Well, Joaquin's heard my whole seventh album, and you should just follow him around," she said.
Gaga recently dropped a new companion album to the Joker sequel, titled Harlequin, previously teasing the project as "6.5" to let fans know that she had something else planned for LG7. According to a press release, Gaga drew inspiration from her character Harley Quinn in the film, which released Friday (October 4), for the surprise project, adding that she produced the album exclusively with her fiancรฉ Michael Polansky.
Harlequin is available to stream at iHeartRadio.com.
