Taylor Swift's former Cape Cod mansion is officially for sale, and it comes with a hefty price tag.

According to US Weekly, the idyllic East Coast estate, located in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, recently hit the market for $15 million.

The "Karma" songstress purchased the property in 2012 for $4.8 million and sold it in 2013 for $5.675 million, per People. Swift was dating politician Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s son, Conor Kennedy, when she secured the estate, which is located near his family's compound.

The "Lavender Haze" hitmaker called it quits with Kennedy a few months into their relationship, leaving no "hard feelings," US Weekly reported. In 2019, J. Randy Taraborrelli wrote a book called Kennedy Heirs, revealing that Kennedy was apprehensive about Swift purchasing the estate close so his family only six weeks into their relationship.

"Conor liked Taylor, don’t get me wrong, but this business of her buying the house on the Cape made him nervous. It seemed as if she was getting a little too attached, spending five million bucks on a house just to be near the guy," Conor's friend allegedly told the author following the former pair's public split.

The "Cruel Summer" standout currently lives in a beautiful Beverly Hills home she purchased in 2015 and owns multiple properties across the country, per Apartment Therapy.
