SZA and Lizzo joined forces once again for a rare performance.
On Wednesday night, May 21, the Grammy award-winning singer hit the stage for the first night of her and Kendrick Lamar's "Grand National Tour" stop in Los Angeles. During her set at the SoFi Stadium, SZA brought out her bestie Lizzo to perform their collaboration "Special (Remix)." Afterward, the 37-year-old singer took to social media to thank Solana for bringing her out.
"BABYS FIRST STADIUM PERFORMANCE— I love u @sza u r THEE DIVA !" she wrote.
Lizzo was the latest artist to surprise fans with their presence at Kendrick Lamar and SZA's successful tour. During their two-day run in New Jersey, K.Dot brought out his cousin Baby Keem to perform "Family Ties." Meanwhile, SZA brought out Kaytranada to perform a special rendition of the famed DJ's remix of Teedra Moses' "Be Your Girl." Prior to that show, Kendrick Lamar stunned fans in Atlanta by bringing out Playboi Carti. The two rapper performed their song "GOOD CREDIT" together for the first time live.
In addition to the surprise guests, plenty of celebrities have popped out to catch Kenny and SZA's tour. LeBron James was reportedly spotted in the club section during last night's show at SoFi Stadium. Pusha T also enjoyed the show at their tour stop in Massachusetts last week.
